This is new hotel room very clean and good location center of Kozhikode near train station.

I am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two deluxe bedrooms for four people. However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room. This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking. I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services. I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.

Needs hygiene improvement and better parking facilities. The front desk executives need be cheerful and helpful. There was no towels and hot water.

Disturb about ants in the room and clothes shelves. Cable network not available in Room. only wifi facility.

Location and ambience very congested. But hotel rooms new and neat. Parking also a big concern, hotel location in the middle of Palayam market. staff behaviour very good.

Facilities are not there as shown while booking It’s an average hotel There are lots of mosquitoes in room

The room was not as spacious as it looked in the pictures, there's no geyser which was basic for a hotel, except for that rest are good

Rooms are clean and well maintained, and it right near to the Mittai Theruvu. Staff are courteous and very helpful ,

Clean room and bathroom. Property location near the railway station and in a congested area with restaurants and sweet shops.Staff attitude was good.

Location is near to railway station but some required amenities not available in this hotel. In their site offering hot & cold water, but there is no hot water available in bathroom. There is no lights in bathroom mirror.
